1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SSL VPS LTD provides the following services:
- Domain name registration and management
- Web hosting (shared, VPS, dedicated)
- SSL certificates
- Email hosting
- Related web services
3. Account Requirements
You must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
4. Domain Registration
Domain registrations are subject to ICANN and registry terms and conditions. Key points:
- WHOIS data may be publicly visible unless privacy protection is enabled
- Domains auto-renew unless cancelled at least 15 days before expiry
- A 60-day transfer lock applies to newly registered or transferred domains
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS information
5. Hosting
Hosting services include:
- 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Daily automated backups
- Fair use limits: 600,000 visits/month, 50GB SSD storage on standard plans
- Resource usage must remain within plan allotments
6. Payment
All fees are quoted in your selected currency and are due in advance. Key terms:
- Hosting services carry a 30-day money-back guarantee (domains excluded)
- Late payments receive a 7-day grace period before suspension
- Domain names cannot be refunded once registered with the registry
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for:
- Sending unsolicited email (spam)
- Phishing or fraud
- Hosting malware or malicious content
- Cryptocurrency mining
- DDoS attacks or botnet operations
- Copyright infringement
- Any illegal activities
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to our servers. We retain ownership of our platform, software, and branding. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement. Upon termination:
- Your access to services will be revoked
- Data will be retained for the period specified in our Privacy Policy
- Outstanding fees remain payable
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of material changes.
